Just a lil document to show the changes and additions of commands in Methane IRCD over standard bahamut.

+f - Server Flood Notices - IRC Operator only
+y - stats/info notices - IRC Operator only - O-flag needed

+X - shows the client has a /sethost or a /chghost - Not settable by /mode - New to MethaneIRCd
+S - services client - Not settable by /mode - New to MethaneIRCd

+h nick - Half Channel Operator - New to MethaneIRCd
+v nick - Channel Voice
+s - Secret Channel
+m - Moderated Channel
+t - Chanops/halfops set topic only
+i - Invite only
+n - No external msgs
+k key - key required to join
+b user@host - Ban a user
+l - Limit number of users
+r - Registered channel - Set only by services/servers
+R - Regnicks only can join
+c - No colors sent to channel
+O - IRC operators only can join - Set by IRCoperators only
+M - Only registered nicks may speak in channel 
+A - Server/Services Admins and Net admins may join - Set by Admins only - New to MethaneIRCd
+K - /KNOCK is not allowed to be used on this chan - New to MethaneIRCd
+e user@host - Exception for bans/limits/keys etc. - New to MethaneIRCd

/WHOIS - Shows infomation on a user
/NICK - Change your nickname
/LIST - List channels on irc server/network
/TOPIC - Set topic in a channel
/INVITE - Invite a user into a channel
/VERSION - Show version of irc daemon
/QUIT - Leave the irc server/network
/SQUIT - Delink a server from the irc network
/KILL - Disconnect a user from the irc network
/INFO - Show infomation about the ircd
/STATS - Shows ircd statistics
/AWAY - Set yourself away
/CONNECT - Connect a IRC Server to network
/OPER - Set yourself as a IRC Operator/Admin
/WALLOPS - Sends a wallops to users who are +w
/NAMES - Shows users on a channel
/ADMIN - Administrative info of server
/PRIVMSG - Msg a channel/user
/NOTICE - Notice a channel/user
/JOIN - Join a channel
/PART - Leave a channel
/LUSERS - Show amount of users/servers and channels/ircops on network
